Ingredients
This protein-packed smoothie is my go-to meal before or after a workout. Peanut butter and hemp seeds help to build and repair muscle, while the kale keeps things mean, green, and loaded with minerals, like calcium and iron.
- 2 small bananas, frozen
- 2 cups almond milk or nondairy milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
- 2 cups kale, leaves only, tightly packed
- 1 pitted Medjool date
Directions
1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
2. Blend and serve.
