AUTO-RENEWAL: Membership purchases auto-renew monthly and annually, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS: If you decide Inner Circle Wellness is not for you, you can cancel anytime by contacting us at [email protected] To ensure a successful cancellation, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Cancelling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future. You must contact us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to ensure that you will not be charged in the next cycle.*
Your access to membership will be rescinded 30 days after your last payment if you are a monthly member, or one year after your last payment if you are an annual member.
*If you purchased Inner Circle Wellness monthly membership on January 16 and January 17, 2020 ONLY, you qualify for a special risk-free 100% money back guarantee. To receive this full refund you must send your request by emailing [email protected] by Wednesday, January 22 at 11:59 p.m. PT, and including “special refund” in the subject line of your email. In this case, your membership will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.

REFUNDS: If you selected the annual subscription, you have 30 days from purchase date to request a pro-rated refund by contacting us at [email protected] To ensure a successful refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with. Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.
We will deduct your first month (at the monthly rate) from your refund. Your access to the membership site and Facebook group will be rescinded 30 days after your purchase.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions or for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.

DEFAULTS: If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended immediately until your payments are current.
