Why are all your posts concentrated on women? Don’t men deserve a healthier gut too? At least, once in a while show a pic of a man eating a piece of broccoli!! Is your protocol for healing different for males?

  2. Patricia Phillips says:

Your articles are down to earth with excellent information and advice. Thank you.
My partner is 69 and in pretty good shape; works hard physically and eats well but despite our healthy gut diet, enzymes, probiotics etc, cannot get rid of his belly which is quite firm, not flabby fat, but protrudes from his otherwise great shape. A doc once described it as central obesity but had no advice.
I read about the possibility of fat around the organs but again have no advice of how to heal this.
    What do you think?

Hi Chris. Let me congratulate you on the awesome job on your summit!
And thank you for this article! I have Barrett’s and GERD and breast cancer. The digestive disorders have been major since a 2008 botched fundoplasty that ended in a total abdominal reconstruction. And I still have burn so bad I eat antacids 3 to 5 times a day. And I worry about the sugar in them but it’s the only relief I find. I cannot lay flat without burn. And I refuse to return to 80mg of ppi’s. The were a factor in my dementia Im sure. I feel after I obsorb your info and apply it I have hope. Thank you ?

Kris!! I absolutely LOVE this post and can’t wait to read all the articles. I love how you used everyday language that tackles some of the issues head on, and with some fun and humour. Totally your style. Love it! On that note what about farts? (I could of course be polite and say flatulence). Ok, gas will be a compromise. What is all this gas telling us? Frequency? Odor? Should we not have gas at all if everything is working tip top? Thank-you very much Kris for doing all that you do!!!
