Split Green Pea Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked split green peas
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- garlic (LOTS AND LOTS!)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- salt and pepper
- parsley (optional)
Directions
1. Cook the split green peas. Give yourself lots of time because they never seem to soften.
2. In a food processor (or little blender in my case), throw in all ingredients and pulse until desired texture.
