Vegan Pumpkin Popsicles

Yield 10 Servings
  • 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened Bolthouse Farms Plant Protein Milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, adding the spices last.

  2. 3. Pour mixture into a popsicle tray, place popsicle sticks, and freeze for 2 – 4 hours (until frozen).
