- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 3-6 tablespoons water
- Lots of chili powder
- Salt, pepper
1. Peel and dice mango and add to a blender with every other ingredient. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
