Pitaya (Dragon Fruit) Smoothie Bowl

Yield 1 serving

Smoothie:

  • 2 leaves of chard
  • 1 Pitaya Smoothie Pack or 1/2 cup frozen or fresh pitaya
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cup, frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water or non-dairy milk

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat groats or your favorite granola
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped

1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Pour contents of the blender into a bowl and top with toppings.

4. Dig In!
