Healthy Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Yield 1 jar (approximately 2.5 cups)
  • 2 cups raw hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

1. Preheat the oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the hazelnuts into a baking sheet and roast them for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. When the hazelnuts are cool, blend them in a food processor until get a crumbly texture.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the nutella is ready.
