Delightfully Green Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon salt (I like it on the saltier side, so I used 3/4)
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup spinach, leaves only, packed
- 1/4 cup parsley, leaves and stems
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or a food processor until smooth. Dressing will keep in the fridge for up to 6 days.
