Lavender Mushroom Blender Latte
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon dried lavendar
- 1/2-1 teaspoon 5 mushroom blend
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Put in your favorite mug, sip and enjoy!
