This is a huge day for me, and I wanted to share it with you! Tada: the very first look at my new recipe book, Crazy Sexy Juice: 100+ simple juice, smoothie & nut milk recipes to supercharge your health.

I just got an advanced copy and since I wrote it for you, I wanted to share the unveiling. This is my fifth book and it’s always nerve-racking and totally exciting when Earl, my UPS guy, delivers my sneak peek! Thank you, Earl—she’s a real beauty.

Also, a big, huge, kissy thank you to all my Instagram followers who helped me pick the book cover! I always have a hard time choosing these things. But when I posted the different options on Instagram, you guys took over, which made it pretty easy for me. You’re awesome. I bow to you.

So, Crazy Sexy Juice is available for pre-order today. What does that mean? Well, if you order it now you actually help me get it into the hands, homes and kitchens of a lot more people. That’s right, you directly help spread the love and health. Here’s why: It’s hard to sell books these days. Much harder than it was in the past. As a result, book stores and even Amazon will only order a small initial batch of books (unless you’re a huge superstar, which I am not).

However, if pre-orders are robust, that tells the bookstores that people are absolutely interested in this topic and therefore they should stock up. This (hopefully) guarantees that they don’t sell out and then pop up that dreaded “out of stock” notice that often kills book sale momentum in the first week. Ouch. Sniffles. Naps. Vodka—just kidding! JUICE. 🙂
