Crazy Sexy Kitchen paperback par-tay plus knife skills video

read all about it

Hiya Cooks,

It’s been a little over two years since Crazy Sexy Kitchen was published and hit the New York Times best seller list.

Creating this book with Chef Chad Sarno (my partner in delicious plant-based crime) was a dream come true. Like many of you, I was raised by a passionate cook, and it was my Grandma’s love for the kitchen that led me to the power of food. Every time I prepare a meal, I feel her warm, Colombian love.

Crazy Sexy Kitchen combines the spirit of cooking that I learned from my grandmother with the health and nutrition knowledge I’ve gained on my own journey—plus epic culinary skills from Chad and all our talented guest chefs.

In honor of the paperback release (woot!), I wanna give you FREE cooking classes!

(UPDATE: this offer has expired, but you can still get a sneak peek of Crazy Sexy Kitchen below)

Check out one of the classes in this knife skills video!

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to choose the right knife for you.
  • How to hold your knife safely and effectively.
  • How to store, maintain, and care for your knife.
  • How to dice, julienne, and chop any ingredient that crosses your cutting board.

I hope this knife skills tutorial inspired you to get busy in the kitchen.

Peace & chopping,

  5. Peggy sue Smith says:

I took a class in which the facilitator used your book to teach eating healthy and vegan as much as possible. It was important in that it changed people’s way of eating but the more interesting thing about this workshop was that the instructor looked soooo much like you or you like her. She is a Yoga instructor at Cleveland Yoga – her name is Jenn Harte and you could be sisters. When I first saw your book Crazy Sexy Kitchen – I thought it was her on the cover. Just thought you might like to know – you can check out the Cleveland Yoga Website or Facebook Jenn Harte. Thank you so much for your work!!!Cannot wait till your new book is in my hands!

  6. Doris says:

    Hey Kris,
An update on my last message,
Even though the ontraport website said ““An internal server error occurred. Please try again later” when I tried to sign up for your free gift of the cooking classes my name and email did go through twice, as I tried with 2 different email addresses! Then when I tried to unsubscribe one of the email addresses, the same message came up on Ontraport. So something is happening with that site. I thought you would want to know… Maybe it did not have it’s green juice today!
Anyway, thanks for the great gift! I have already watched the one about juicing. It is so fun to watch your cooking videos, you are a bright light on the planet and amazing!!! Thanks again.
    Love ya,
    Patty
