Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 1/2 cups kale
- 1/2 frozen banana (or 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks)
- 4 – 5 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened carob chips
- Ice, if needed
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
2. Top with a few extra carob chips.
3. Slurp and enjoy!
