Instant Raw Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions
1. In a small bowl, mash raspberries with a potato masher or a fork.
2. Add in water, chia seeds and maple syrup, then thoroughly stir.
3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before spreading it over your favorite treat!
