This sassy breakfast blend is a fire hose of sunshine—and it’s anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and immune boosting to boot! Citrus and ginger are a delightful combination, and I love the balance of tart grapefruit and sweet oranges. Lemon gives the juice an extra dose of pucker (and an alkaline boost, too).

Pucker Up

Ingredients

  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
  • 3 navel oranges, peeled
  • 1/2-inch piece turmeric root
  • 1-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • 1/4 lemon, peeled

 

Directions

1. Wash and prep all ingredients.

2. Juice all ingredients.
