Peppermint Mocha Date Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 scoop coffee flavored protein powder OR 1 teaspoon espresso powder OR 1 teaspoon coffee flavoring
- 20 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint flavor
- For coating: cacao nibs
Directions
1. Process the oats in a food processor until fine.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Process to make a ball.
4. Divide and roll into 13-15 balls.
5. Roll in cacao nibs or whatever toppings you’d like to use.
6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
