Energizing Sunflower Seed, Cinnamon & Maca Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 to 1 cup water or plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
