Mint Pea Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 large banana
- Almond milk, to blend
- 1 large handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pinch pink Himalayan salt
- Additional liquid sweetener, if desired
Directions
1. Throw everything in a blender and enjoy!
2. Pour into a bowl, garnish with mint leaves, and spoon into mouth!
