Creamy Quinoa Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa flakes
- 2 cups dairy free milk
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- drop of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons date syrup
Directions
1. Add the quinoa flakes, milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract and a touch of natural sweetener to your saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes until creamy. Stir in any of your favorite toppings.
3. Serve and enjoy!
