Peachy Tahini Sunshine Smoothie

Serves 1 | Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2cups nondairy milk
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 2–3 medjool dates, pitted*
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer to glasses to serve.

*If you aren’t using a high-speed blender, you may want to soften the dates by soaking them in hot water for 5 minutes so they blend smoothly.
