Ginger Chocolate Crunch Smoothie

Serves 1 | Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup chopped, ripe pear
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 1/2″ fresh ginger
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 tablespoon cacao nibs
 

Directions

  1. Blend the pear, dates, cashews, almond milk and ginger in a high-powered blender until completely smooth.
  2. Add the ice and blend again.
  3. Finally, add the cacao nibs and pulse to partially break down.
  4. Serve immediately.
