  • 2 small bananas, frozen
  • 2 cups almond milk or nondairy milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups kale, leaves only, tightly packed
  • 1 pitted Medjool date

1. Wash and prep all ingredients.

2. Blend and serve.
