Split Green Pea Hummus

Yield: 4 servings
-1 cup cooked split green peas
-1/2 cup tahini
-1/2 cup olive oil
-garlic (LOTS AND LOTS!)
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 tablespoon cumin
-salt and pepper
-parsley (optional)
Cook the split green peas. Give yourself lots of time because they never seem to soften.
In a food processor (or little blender in my case), throw in all ingredients and pulse until desired texture.
