Just wanted to say “Thank You” for your bold and beautiful brave heart. You are so my inspiration of “coming out more,” BUT with my own healing story, sharing it with others to inspire and lift higher. I am thriving with kidney disease, and every day is a “beyond blessed” one to simply be feeling good. I juice, I meditate and I have, through my own journey, discovered the importance of “putting the oxygen mask on me first.” I am finding the joy in being and also the power of healing when we allow and be more. It’s truly beautiful.
