Peppermint Mocha Matcha Latte

Yield 1 serving
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1-2 teaspoon pure maple syrup (to taste)

1. In a small pot on the stove over medium heat, warm the almond milk until bubbles just begin to form.

2. Add the almond milk to a blender.

3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds until combined.

4. Pour into a mug (the whipping action of the blender should leave foam forming at the top).

5. Enjoy immediately!
