Lavendar Mushroom Blender Latte

Yield 1 mug
    2 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried lavendar
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon 5 mushroom blend
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

2. Put in your favorite mug, sip and enjoy!
