- 1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt or silken tofu
- 1 whole frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Handful of spinach
Place everything in a high speed blender or food processor and blend it up until smooth. Feel free to add some fun toppings like granola, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, etc. and enjoy!
