Fatigue Fighter

This vivacious juice will pick you up and get you going with a touch of sweetness from pears and grapes and hints of tartness from the lime. Pears are rich in vitamin B2, which plays a crucial role in energy production and helps us metabolize iron—an important nutrient in maintaining energy levels. Some studies suggest that grapes may help to boost cognitive function (always useful!). Make this your go-to juice cocktail for those mornings when you need a little extra brain and body power.

Ingredients

  • 8 leaves romaine
  • 1 cup spinach, tightly packed 2 stalks celery
  • 1 pear
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes, green or red
  • 1/4 lime, peeled

 

Directions

1. Wash and prep all ingredients.

2. Juice all ingredients.
