Crispy Miso Broccoli

  • 2 heads of fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon mellow miso
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, toss broccoli with coconut oil and miso until evenly coated.

3. Add most of the nutritional yeast, leaving about one tablespoon. Mix until evenly coated.

4. Spread broccoli onto baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining nutritional yeast.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
