How This Journal Method Changed My Life

Hi, I’m Kris—the creator of the Results Journal! Before getting diagnosed with a rare, incurable Stage IV cancer, I was way too busy for self-care—just like you may be now. I was turned outward, fostering relationships and focused on my career, but neglecting my own health.

After getting diagnosed, I was forced to turn inward and I used this daily journaling practice to help take care of myself. .
It all started with a hand-drawn wellness tracker (on napkins or blank pages) so I could keep track of the daily habits and practices that made me feel better.

I’ve since bound up those hand-drawn pages in The Results Journal!
