I’m making a meditation album for you!

Hey Om Amigo,

I’m super excited to share that I’m about to start recording my first meditation album! Folks have been asking me to do this for quite some time, so I thought it would be useful to record meditations that really help me personally. Plus, I want to be able to be there for you anytime, anywhere. This album is my way to connect with you one-on-one and support you even further. It’s a dream come true and I really hope this project serves you as much as possible.

Update: The Self-Care for Busy People Meditation album is now available!

Opt-in to listen to a sample track below or get the full album here.

Anyway, the focus of the album is “Self-Care for Busy People” and I’d love to know what you need most. Meditations for more energy? Sleeplessness? Increased confidence? Reducing anxiety and melting stress? Meditations to free yourself from fear or cravings? I’m open to all your suggestions—even if they don’t perfectly fit the topic. My goal is to keep these recordings under 10 minutes each, um, because we’re all busy!

Meditation has been a grounding force in my wellness practice for over a decade. I was first introduced to it by my mom and then embraced it fully when I was diagnosed. During the summer of 2003, months after my life and health had seemingly changed forever, I found my way to a Zen Monastery in Santa Fe, New Mexico called Upaya. It was there that I discovered the deep peace and healing power of a calm mind and open heart. While I’m not as dedicated as some meditators, and I don’t always stick to a daily practice or follow one particular method, I do have a sacred practice that works for me and it continues to empower my life and shape my future.

Self-care practices like meditation, or just taking time to check in with yourself, go hand in hand with nourishing our bodies. In fact, while consciousness can begin on our plate (it certainly did for me), to fully embrace it, we’re called to go beyond food. How we connect with ourselves has a direct effect on our level of consciousness. Naturally, the more we balance the thoughts and habits that don’t serve us, the easier it is to create a healthy, passionate, satisfying life. If the word meditation scares you, just call it a mindful or contemplative practice. And remember, it’s called a practice for a reason: It can never be perfected (thankfully!).

Lastly, it’s my hope that this album will inspire you to create or enhance a practice that works for you. On your own terms. No rules. More flow, less rigidity. After all, your life is your meditation. May it be peaceful and joyful.

Now I want to hear from you: What meditations do you need, oh precious one?

Peace & inner wisdom,

Having trouble accessing the sample track of the audio meditation. It’s asking for a password. I tried a few, but i don’t seem to know the right one. Can you help?

  2. lucie says:

Id love meditations on how to let go of past relationships also ones for letting new people in.

  3. Kristin Rae says:

10 minute audios on with these focuses would be of great service to me:

Re-charge & More energy, something I can listen to during a ten minute rest with my 6 year old who keeps me super busy
Re-centering and grounding, something i can listen to while out in public, and one for clearing peripheral energies
Something to prepare me for sleep, dream intentions, knowing me and my family are safe, letting go of the day, feeling grateful

  4. Peter says:

    – being open and accepting of close family
    – simplicity for a cluttered/busy mind
    – being single / feeling lonely
    – increasing confidence / reducing a negative mind

    You’re awesome Kris!

  5. Nicola says:

All the suggestions are so fantastic here. I am completely behind stuff on freedom, fury and forgiveness. I also really love your definitions of ‘crazy’ and ‘sexy’ Kris. I love the way that you have reclaimed those words that are sometimes misused by and about women in particular ….. and I find myself thinking a lot about that aspect of what you do. So, I would love a ‘connect with your crazy’ and a ‘connect with your sexy’ meditation. Much love xxxx

  6. Juliette says:

So amazing! Rossi Joan changed my life at Upaya too. I’m going back every year! I’m thinking of bringing a bunch of girls with me!!Xo, j

  7. Nicole says:

Hi Kris! I am so excited about this. I would love to hear meditations on increasing confidence and embracing your creativity in order to connect and share your voice with others 🙂

  8. Kristen says:

A meditation to help us not care what *others* think of us. Please help us remind us that our natural thoughts, desires and dreams are perfect and fitting and lead us to our highest good. I would love to hear your voice telling us this and cheering us on. You’re the best!! 🙂

  9. Robin says:

A meditation about loving yourself so you attract healthy relationships and repel toxic folk

  10. Maria says:

For those failure days… the stuck in a mire you can’t see the other side of from your vantage point kind of days, though from above, like watching the kale seedlings, reality is different

  11. Kelly says:

I would love a simple & short meditation that I can do anytime during the day to help me get centered, keep my heart open & live at my highest vibration when the business of the day starts getting hectic. Thank you for all of your wise & inspiring words & information! You rock XOXO

  12. Meg says:

Love the idea of meditations for busy people. A meditation to start the day with energy, balance, confidence and ability to manage stress and anxiety would be great. Also managing fears & cravings. Looking forward to it. xxx

  13. Madison says:

I would love some meditations to help me feel grounded and connected. Sometimes during the day I start to feel so overwhelmed that I start to almost feel spacey, and my words do not match what is on my heart. A meditation to connect my head and heart would be greatly appreciated! Also anything that addresses forgiving oneself and affirmations of being enough would be most welcome 🙂

  14. Kim says:

I would love meditations to help with procrastination. Thanks for all you do!

  15. Jeanne Ireland says:

    more energy
    less stress
    gratitude
    before bed to sleep
visualizations for health, healing and LUCK!
    mantra’s

  16. Barbara says:

A meditation on confidence, for sure. Something that tells me I’m OK just like I am and that I AM good enough! That would be a great way to start the day.

Thanks for asking for our input:)

  17. Linda says:

You know that time when you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t stop worrying? A meditation would be great for that! and sugar cravings!

  18. Krista says:

I would first of all, like something for beginners. Maybe just one entitled: “Getting started”. I’m intimidated by the tought of meditating. And how about one for stress eating or mindless eating

    Thanks!

  19. Jennifer Elmore says:

I’m having trouble with competition. There are a lot of people doing what I do and it somedays it brings up a lot of self doubt. I could use a meditation to help me with that! Thanks love

    Jenn

  20. Laura says:

Hi Kris- What a great idea! I have been looking for meditations to listen to before I go to sleep. I’d like the meditations to focus on peace, wellness and gratitude. Thank you for all the positive energy you put out! You’re the best! Laura

  21. Kristen says:

Awesome! Definitely meditations for relaxation like yoga nidra and feeling refreshed and confident to start the day 🙂

  22. Kate says:

This may be too specific but one addressing scan-anxiety or fear of relapse would be helpful….which ties into anxiety and sleeplessness!

  23. Lily says:

Thank you, Kris! Meditations created and offered by you will be such a beautiful gift to the world!

I love so many of these ideas and would add what first came to my mind when I read your question because It is something I do in a non-guided way and have found to be so enriching and grounding and freeing and the spirit of it is very much in keeping with your spirit.
I think that your take on it would be SO WONDERFUL!
it is to simply take time to relaxedly delight in the elemental goodness and beauty around me, all of which is otherwise so easy to take for granted; I guess it would be a sort of “delight” meditation.
I do it in the morning.
I do it as if I have all the time in the world, even if it is just for five minutes.
    I delight in my sweet dog, sharing precious affection with her; I delight in the colors around me if we are indoors;
If outdoors, I delight in the ever-beautiful sky, the plants that bless our world; the bird sounds; the breeze…
And always I delight in my breath. Last year I took care of my Dad until he died. He basically died by drowning in fluid in his lungs. Our every breath is such a sweet blessing.
My morning delight keeps me strong and grounded, grateful and peaceful and filled with faith and joy throughout the day.
It makes me feel connected to and filled with the capital L Life which in great measure allows me to take the incidents and conditions of lowercase life in stride.
…I do not know why; it just does… 🙂

  24. Darcy says:

Would love meditation for anxiety and stress relief. Xo

  25. Mary says:

Oh yes! A relaxation/peace/healing type meditation to listen to at night to promote good sleep would be really great. Meditations for reducing stress and anxiety would also be very helpful. I look forward to the release of this new project of yours. Good for you!

  26. Mariana Baptiste says:

    Thanks, great idea!
Energy, fears and sleeping well would be wonderful!

  27. DOE says:

I would like a meditation for healing (specifically for pain and discomfort) or a meditation that focuses on faith and believing that some sort of healing will come.

    Thanks Kris!

  28. J. Leigh Stone says:

I’m really excited that you’re doing this meditation series Kris! YAY!!

I would absolutely looooooooove a meditation practice for those of us like me who suffer from crazy non-stop busy brain, as well as well, the best way I can put it is some anxiety and maybe even a bit of fear of the thoughts that will bombard some of our brains. Sometimes my binge eating gets 80,000 times worse if I get quiet; and, because I suffer from clinical depression, those thoughts can take me down quickly.

I know for me some kinds of visualization have worked better than straight out meditation. Over the years that I have worked on calming the blankety-blank down, only twice did I feel that wonderful, safe, and calming all day feeling that meditation (I just realized that meditation and medication have only a 1 letter difference! that’s interesting huh? 🙂 is “supposed” to give us. One was a visualization about thinking about a color that is soothing and direct it to places in your body that have stress, distress, sadness etc etc. That worked great….once. The other ones are more common place I think about going to your so called “happy place” and the ones in the vein that have worked best for me have been ones that have you actively (in your brain, not physically of course) doing something.

I don’t know whether visualization has the same health and healing qualities as meditation, but those are my thoughts.

Oh also, something short enough, and easy enough and not scary enough that I, and again others like me, would really honestly not only drudge myself to do each day (taking care of myself is VERY hard with the depression and anxiety), but actually look forward to, because results will actually happen.

Thank you Kris <3 Keep rockin' and rollin 🙂

  29. Christine says:

Thanks for doing this Kris! CLARITY is what I’m searching for. If you and your meditations can help me on that path, I would be uber grateful!
    Peace & Love to you!
    Christine

  30. Cynthia Eyer says:

I, like others may, find it difficult to start my day with meditation. I almost hit the ground running in the mornings, as I am a 30 year military veteran, so it’s kind of difficult to slow down. So a meditation to start my day on a more conscientious, thought provoking mode toward SELF is what I need. So if you fit something like that in, buono!! Grazie!! Benissimo!!

    Namaste!

  31. Maiya says:

I would love a meditation for going within and connecting with my own divine source of peace and guidance. Something that would awaken my intuition and help me remember my spiritual ‘source’ throughout the day. I love meditations that get me out of ‘thinking and doing’ and keep me centered in ‘feeling and being’. Namaste!

  32. Vicki says:

I would love to meditate to try and “melt” my cancer away….

I would love to meditate to get rid of anger issues….

I would love to meditate to increase my level of spirituality…

  33. Karin O'Brien says:

I would like a meditation for calming. When I’m at work and feeling overwhelmed and things are piling up I begin to resent people bringing more work to me to be finished. This is probably along the same lines of what Sue said about needing a re-focus meditation while she’s anticipating the arrival of her teenagers coming home from school. I need that re-focus moment when the voice in my head is saying “If one more person comes to me needing something done, or if the phone rings one more time, I’m just gonna lose it.”

  34. Gretchen says:

A gratitude type of meditation to start the day, a mid day to reduce anxiety & fear, and one for the end of day to wind down would be so perfect.
    Thank you!
    Gretchen

  35. Sue Arnott says:

I would love one to increase energy and reduce anxiety, pain and pessimism. Thank you Kris.

  36. Sue Arnott says:

I would love one for increasing physical energy and also for reducing anxiety and pessimism. Thanks so much Kris….you’re a star as always!!

  37. Terence says:

    Hi Kris,

I think a meditation for balance would be cool.

    Terence

  38. Geriann Hart says:

I would love to have you include some reducing anxiety and melting stress meditation techniques on your album. I believe this would help with sleeping at night too.

  39. Amanda says:

Thank you for this 🙂 Meditations for releasing thoughts/behaviours that hold us back, creating change, releasing negative energy that we pick up at work or elsewhere, and meditations that help lower cortisol and release stress would be wonderful.

  40. Sigrid says:

I would love a meditation for peace (starting in my own mind) and selflove and confidence
    Thank you!
    Greetings,
    Sigrid

  41. Anka says:

    Please, please, please Kris.
Make a ”during the day” meditation.
That’ll make all the obstacles, that built up already during that day, seem super little tiny.
A meditation that’ll recharge your energy batteries to have a fantastic day still.
    Thanks!!!
    XO

  42. Danni says:

    Dear Kris,
meditations for more energy (like morning meditation) would be perfect.
A meditation to increase confidence and melting stress, would be super cool also.
    Thank you, shine bright.

  43. Angela says:

Hi Kriss, I would love it if you included emotional healing. Because it is something we can’t see and we often don’t realise where old stuff/hurts came from.
    Tku x

  44. Anna says:

Would love to have meditations for reducing stress, removing fear and letting go to allow flow. Thank you.

  45. Liz says:

ooo I would love a new fresh meditation album, especially from you! For me it works if they are ‘guided’ but not too intensely focused… a little thought or to to set the intention and set me off in a nice direction is great, but not too much, the peace and space to relax and go within without getting to caught up in mind messages is so important, maybe aided with some lovely relaxing background music or sounds of nature (more you’re style). Your self care message will naturally ooze from your meditations, so I don’t think you need to worry about the ‘topics’ – they will come naturally. Maybe something led from your fabulous cards would guide you….
I agree with Tammy’s suggestion for a bedtime track. I love to fall asleep to something healing.
Good luck and have fun, sounds like it will be a great project!

  46. Sylvia says:

For me you would be the go-to person when it comes to anxiety.
Kris, obviously you wanted to learn how to act as host to a sickness and – clearly visible – you chose to realize sexy joyful peace as your soul. C’mon, when the overwhelm comes in, we other «hosts» could benefit so much from your mirror ‘loving creation over deliberating fear’. As Tammy said, the right & stirring path for the day.

    We always heal together …
    stay golden …
    rainbow spectrum hugs,
    Sylvia

  47. Monika says:

I wanted to ask you if this offer applies if I order the book from bookdepository? because living in eastern Europe I cannot order it through the american Amazon.

  48. Sarah says:

Hi Kris I am so excited for this!
I often ruminate at night in bed about interactions I had with people/colleagues over the last day or week-whether I said the wrong thing etc. I know it’s all in my head and just because of my social anxiety but I’ve been looking for a sleep meditiaton for a while which basically reminds people with social anxiety to let it go, what’s done is done, everything is ok etc. If it was your voice I know my subconscious would be even more convinced to relax! 🙂 Much love xx

  49. Kelly says:

Empowerment, Stress, Confidence. What a cool project! Sending my best wishes.

  50. Roselie says:

    Hi Kris,

Personally I like a variety of different meditations, because not one day is the same for me, and all that you mentioned I come across one day or another. So any of those would be helpful for me.
Wishing you the best, and can’t wait for the album!

  51. Melissa says:

Hi; I would love to hear more about how to meditate specifically for underlying stress and for a more focused mind. I am a comfort eater too, so not sure if meditation can help for that. Thanks.

  52. Anu Lampenius says:

    Loving kindness meditation

  53. Julie says:

For sure the one on stress but we also need to meditate on putting ourselves first.
When I am busy/ stressed and pulled in a bunch of different directions, I start putting myself further and further down the list. I also then may punt exercise or meditation time, not eat right or get enough sleep. It is like everything spirals our of control.

Maybe another that follows the above is ” It is okay to say “no”

Good luck with the project!! I for one very likely NEED this mediation album.

    Best,
    Julie

ps. I own one other mediation album and the disappointing thing about it is that they never included a meditation list so I can’t refer to the cd cover for instance and decide I want to listen to….or I need to practice that one…. I have to put the cd in the player and skip from track to track till I find the relevant one. Honestly sometimes that alone puts me out of the mood to even meditate.

  54. Chely says:

As so many have requested, I, too would love an mediation to start the day and an evening meditation to support restful sleep. I would also love something to help me work through fear, a confidence booster for days that zap one’s energy and also to help with letting go. All the suggestions resonate as so may of us struggle with similar challenges.

  55. Jennifer says:

    Hi Kris,

You are truly a ray of sunshine! It makes me happy to see an email in my inbox with your name on it. I am a big fan of meditation and look forward to your album. I am most interested in meditations for more energy, sleeplessness, reducing anxiety and melting stress, and freeing oneself from fear.

    Thank you!

  56. Gloria says:

Thanks Kris for always listening to your sacred heart and sharing the depth of you with us.
What do you think about a meditation that would assist one in connecting with the Divine within?
Big hugs and buckets of love,
    Gloria

  57. Pa says:

I agree with a going-to-bed meditation, and I also would love one “to let things go”, sometimes I get crazy on my mental loop, thinking the same thing over and over…I am not sure I am clear on this, hope it helps. Xoxo!

  58. Carolyn says:

I would enjoy using meditations for
    1. am and pm, to begin and end my day on a positive and grateful feeling.
    2. pain relief
    3. overcoming sugar cravings
    4. forgiveness
    5. For the music to be at a low enough level so that it is not distracting from the spoken words.

  59. Suzanne says:

I have discovered after going through the “Change” that I can bring on my own hot flashes produced from anxiety! Yikes!!!
Please hook me up with some much needed, relaxing/mind altering meditations.

  60. Andrea says:

A meditation on loving your body – symptoms, ailments, dis-ease and all – would be wonderful. Something to help break that habit of getting mad at yourself/body when things aren’t going exactly how you think they should be.
Greatly looking forward to the album, I know it will be wonderful!

  61. Kim says:

Love meditations that help me relax and go to sleep at night!

  62. Sandy says:

I would Love meditation to help relax when I wake at 2 or 3 in the morning! And one for increased confidence.

  63. Jamie says:

I love that you are making a meditation album! I mostly want meditations that help me connect with the Divine & to anchor in that the Divine is (in) me!
    Blessings!!

  64. Tina Torrez says:

Kris, please include some Balinese percussion – it makes my troubles melt away! Thanks, Tina

  65. Kim says:

I would love something to help with cravings and stress eating

  66. michelle says:

    Hi Kris,

meditations to help with anger and overwhelm
meditations to help when you are in that moment of fear & panic
meditations for teenagers to help them be more in the present moment and enable them to deal with an overwhelming array of emotions and feelings(although this could be a whole new album???)

    With love,

    Michelle

    • Lily says:

Very thoughtful to include meditation for teenagers, Michelle! Teens can seem so tough on the outside while inside they are dealing with a lot, feeling very vulnerable. Wonderful Kris speaking to them and guiding them through could be an important chance for teens to feel loved and understood and feel empowered to have positive agency with regard to their own emotional/mental state.

  67. Jill says:

I would like to suggest a meditation for clairity and focus.

  68. Annette says:

Meditation for Cravings (Sugar!!!) and more energy would be great.

  69. Kat says:

Meditations for reducing cravings and making choices that support my health.

  70. Karin says:

For me, a meditation for reducing stress and anxiety would be a “life-saver” 🙂 Burned out by the need from loved ones and my own health-issues, A HAPPY-practice would also be welcomed! Thank You and love You, Kris, for ALL your exceptional work FOR us! Namaste.

  71. Donna says:

    Sleepy time meditation

  72. tracy says:

love morning meditation and any meditation that would assist me in eating healthier

  73. Kris says:

I also love the idea of short re-focusing meditations – for times when you really need to find your breath. That and a morning meditation to start the day off right.

  74. Janine says:

First of all, congrats. You are unstoppable! My ideal meditation would be anything that stops my morning mind from racing with mental to-do lists!

  75. Christine says:

    Sleep, sleep, sleep

  76. Louise says:

Would love meditations for increasing my confidence.

  77. Paola Cervantes says:

I would a meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, I love your idea can’t wait to listen to the Cd an to get your new book. Love

  78. Joanna Grayson says:

meditations for “buzz” cravings from sources that are not healthy, like nicotine and alcohol

  79. Mary Stockwell says:

I would love something along the lines of tuning into your body for healing, with an illness/disease, type of thing:)

  80. Jennifer says:

I really want a morning meditation that gets me into a quiet, internally focused mode, with vocal guidance in the beginning and then only gentle music, and then a soft closing statement to send me on my way. Talking the whole time is too distracting. I want to feel centered, energized, inspired but most of all calm. Thank you Kris Carr, you rock!!

  81. Arin says:

I would love to have meditations on the following:

    – Staying creative, when your motivation is down

  86. Traci says:

    Hello Kris

You are amazing. I’m so excited about the meditation album. I would love to be able to reboot after a long day at the office, so maybe simething along those lines. I’m also excited about your new juice book. I preordered it and will be referencing it when I start my health coaching business. I will also talk to you later about sharing parts of your blog in mine. I’m not sure how to go about it but I’m pretty sure I need permission.
    XO
    Traci

  87. Irene says:

    Hi Kris!

What a wonderful idea! I agree with many of the responses here – I’d love to start my day on the right path for more energy, especially in the morning and late afternoon where I seem to have a slow start and fizz right out before quitting time. A more relaxing and peaceful one before I go to sleep would also be very beneficial.

    Thank you so much!!

    Have a wonderful day!!

    Many hugs, Irene

  88. Amanda says:

I would love a meditation banishing the self hate talk as well as guilt! Thank you!! Can’t wait to hear what you come up with!

More energy, more confidence, less fear and I would love guidance in finding out who I am. To feel my passions and dreams and not just those of my family and friends. To live as my true self.

  90. Lydia says:

OmG. What a fabulous idea!! I need this album in my life more than ever now. Im 55 yrs old and am raising my nieces 1 yr old, due to parents unfit. He is a blessing! But there are times I feel over wellmed and stress, as I work graveyard shift as well. I know this album will be a blessing to us.

  91. Liz says:

I would love a mediation on self healing (in with the grace and light, out with disease.) I also love the suggestion below for a mediation to start your day and one for before bed. Another great one would be a meditation on finding joy and gratitude in every day.

  92. Lori Jones says:

Love this idea! How wonderful for us;-)
Mediatations to bring calm and inner peace (minimize fear, anxiety, stress), self love/care and cravings. Can’t wait to see what you come up with..

  93. Jen says:

As a yoga instructor, I share guided meditations at different times. 10 minutes is ideal. Peace, calm, releasing quilt, taking back the sense of self and purpose, walking their walk, and speaking from their truth. Some of the HOT topics I hear. Great work, love sharing your passion with them from Blog, email, etc.

  98. Olga Sharipova says:

  100. Lynne says:

    Hi Kris,

This may have been mentioned already, but I was thinking that a meditation on self-love/positive self talk and thoughts would be nice. 🙂

  101. Michele says:

A do-anywhere meditation to help calm me before a difficult meeting or presentation. I might need to do it on a train or in a public place in a smart suit!

Also an end of the day meditation that helps me be thankful for the day and what it bought.

    Thank you

  102. Jen says:

I would love a winding down/letting go meditation to do when I get home from work to leave thapart of my day behind and face the rest of the evening in a more mindful manner,

  103. Maryann says:

Hi Crazy Sexy Kris, I would love a meditation that can boost my confidence and love for myself consistently.
I think the issue that I have with my confidence is the fear of failing.
Just want to say I really appreciate you Hugs.
    Maryann

  104. Judi Parlee says:

I need to find calm amongst the chaos.

I need to forgive myself and others.

I need to calm my fear.

I know I need this, I know I have to do this. I struggle with this.

  105. Flora says:

    Hi Kris,
What a great idea! I love all the suggestions so far! I think these would be really helpful (some might be repetitions of previous suggestions):
    – Pre-sleep
    – Morning energiser
    – Start of the week focus
    – One for when you’re commuting (very good for Londoners like me crammed on a tube train every day!)
    – Gratitude
    – Dealing with anger/frustration (good after an argument)
    – Compassion (thinking kind thoughts instead of whinging/being nasty about someone behing their back)
    – Life reflection (when on holiday or at the weekend)
    – Self acceptance/compassion (when feeling low/bad about yourself)
    Love what you do Kris!
    to everyone
    F x

  106. Kirsten says:

Awesome! I’d love meditations for these things: more energy, less stress, more focus, and emotional eating.

  107. krista says:

forgiveness, living in the moment, increase focus, increase energy, acceptance

This is a great idea. I can’t wait to check it out!

  108. Dawn Engler says:

    Meditations mmmm

*Morning wake-up, intention for the day
    *Mid-day re-focus
*MId-day wake up (coffee in a omm)
    *Evening relax (not sleep)
    *SHTF (you know) quick regroup
    *Bedtime gratitude

Except for the SHTF, I think 10 mins is PERFECT

    Thank you for being you!

  109. Pauline Jennings says:

Thank you so much for doing this Kris. I would definitely like one to help with falling asleep as I have terrible insomnia. For a nighttime one I think it would be useful to have it longer than 10 minutes – maybe 20 or 25 to help really drift off. Also, one for setting an intention for the day would be great, maybe one on forgiveness and letting go and one on self love and acceptance.

  110. Jennifer says:

    Reducing anxiety, relaxation, stress reduction

  111. Sarah says:

I would love meditations for the morning and evening, for reducing anxiety/panic, for acceptance (accepting yourself, current health situations, etc.), and for letting go of anger/resentment. Can’t wait for this to come out! xo

  112. I love your loving approach to wellness. Increased confidence, accepting and loving what is, courage to step out in a new life path; all of these are great in conscious wellness. Thank you Kris, for shining your light!!! xoxoxo

  113. Lisa says:

Grounding! I tend to fly from thought to thought and task to task, without ever Noticing where I am or what I am doing.

  114. Jade says:

Oh more energy my dear yes please! Also maybe one for specifically gaining perspective when in fear mode a talk down mantra of all is well : ) love all you do you fabulous specimen…big love from Scotland x x x

  115. Nancy S. says:

Forgot one … healthy eating and making better choices, esp. giving up sugar.

  116. Nancy S. says:

    Several ideas come to mind:

    – a series on personal transformation – just read a quote (purportedly from Socrates), that the secret of changes is to focus all one’s energy not on the old, but on the new.

    – confidence – definitely needed, even though I feel self-assured about my talents, I seem to lack to self-assuredness to stake a bigger claim out in the world

    – being able to step back and see the bigger picture, rather than getting caught up in the emotions of the moment.

Cheers and best wishes for the recordings!

  117. Jo says:

I find visualisation meditations super-helpful whatever the subject – currently my biggest *issue* is that I’m in one of those “one more thing and I’ll just explode” kind of phases, for various reasons and it’s often the smallest of things that’ll tip me over the edge.

I understand that what manifests as anger is actually underlying anxiety so anything that would help with this would be wonderful. obviously I’m hoping that I won’t feel like this by the time you publish but, sadly, I suspect someone out there will be! Thank you xxx

  118. Vanessa says:

Serenity. Creating my internal healing space. Deep restorative sleep.

  119. Mary says:

Peri-menopause is killing me. Anxiety is so high. I had my 3rd nervous breakdown this past April. I would love meditation help! Thank you Kris!

    • Nancy S. says:

Look into magnesium supplements, Vitamin E, and the B vitamins (esp. B12). They helped me a lot! Also consider giving up grains for awhile if you can (wheat, oats, corn, rice, etc.). They are addictive and make one short-tempered. Try not to overeat on sugar, or give it up when you can. But start with the supplements.

  120. Kathie says:

I actually like a little bit longer meditation because I love to fall asleep to meditations/mantras/affirmations. They soak into my brain while I am sleeping….right? 🙂 Anyway – usually takes a little longer than 10 minutes to fall asleep. But I would love anything you put out so I am looking forward to it!!!

  121. Hey Kris, I suffer from insomnia so a meditation to help me calm my body and mind at night would be super

  122. niki says:

    Hi Kriss!
I’d like a meditation video on grounding yourself again. Sometimes I lose myself either through
overwhelm taking too much on, etc.. and I find I’m not myself like an outsider looking in.

Thanks for all the incredible work you do for this world!
    Niki 🙂

  123. Tracy says:

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do for us. You inspire me daily.

I would like a meditation that starts the day off with a gratitude-filled heart and soul and also a meditation that helps when I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t quiet my mind.

    You rock!

  124. Wynn says:

    Kris,
I would love part of a meditation to include ” why meditation is so wonderful for me.” I know why it’s good for me and I know why it gets left off the to-do list so a little reminder of why this is such a great idea at the start of the meditation would be helpful.

Love receiving your enthusiastic email. Have fun with this project,

    Wynn

  125. Marilyn says:

I ‘d like to have a clear thought free mind when I meditate.

  126. Julie says:

I would like guided mediations to help with feeling connected to spirit. Also health. Great idea, Kris! Love it.
    Love you.

  127. Lianne says:

Would love meditation for clarity of mind to solve problems

  128. Suzanne says:

Letting go and being right here right now and grateful

  129. Michele W says:

Hey Kris – cannot wait to see the meditation album come out! My daily life is filled with my professional work, building a writing/speaking business, taking care of my home and oh yea, trying to have a meaningful social and spiritual life as well. So, meditations for focus, energy, motivation, determination and relaxation would be helpful for me. Can’t wait to see your finished product!

  130. Jody Elliott says:

I love Meditations on Gratitude and Mindfulness. They change and affect my whole day. I am so excited to hear your meditation album. Thank you!

  131. Rachael says:

Anxiety, sleeplessness, depression, lack of energy–for me, all of these are rooted in a deep grief over the too-swift passage of time. Would love a meditation to help ground in the present moment and to experience time as fluid rather than rigid–to feel at one with a universal constant rather than left behind by constant change that is out of our control. That’s not asking too much, is it? 😉

  132. D says:

I have been researching different types of meditation – not sure which is the best fit and how to make sure that I devote the time to practice everyday. Now I will not have to decide and am looking forward to your meditation album! Thank you!!
Question, can kids use this meditation practice as well? I wish that I had learned when I was young.
My kids love music and it helps to calm them as well as myself…
    Morning:
    -Positive Thoughts
    -Inner Peace and Confidence
    -Gratitude
    -Creative Energy
    -Reduced Anxiety
    -Focus
    Evening:
-Calming the mind and body (release any anxiety, tension)
    -Gratitude
    -Deep Sleep

  133. sherry says:

I would like mediations to include acceptance-acceptance of one’s self, circumstances, body etc…

  134. Crystal Butts says:

I agree with those who request a short morning meditation (10 minutes) to start the day with gratitude and optimism, as well as energy to be productive. A bedtime one with progressive relaxation to start the meditation and go on to releasing negative energy, gratitude and relaxation/gentle positive acceptance with improving self-esteem, (which can get trampled on through the day).

    Thanks Kris!!

  135. Samantha says:

Kris + meditations? = awesome! I would love to hear your voice help me to calm my anxiety about living with a chronic illness (cancer) as well as reducing the anxiety in order to be able to tap into my own resilience. I am also struggling with food cravings and trying to live a healthy life with cancer. Hugs Kris for all that you do! xoxo.

  136. Erin says:

Kris, I would love for you to do something really different- helping facilitate meditations for real-life situations that are specific that the norm. For example, meditations for parents, meditations for when we feel “judgy”, meditations to send love to someone when we feel negativity for them, meditation when we feel overwhelmed by the world’s negativity!

Also, please start a pod cast on itunes!!

  137. Hi Kris!

Lately I’ve been focusing my mediations on gratitude… and let me tell you, it’s been life changing. My days run smoother, they’re much happier, and I feel that love-energy being returned to me when I need it most.

I would LOVE to see some meditations focused around being grateful, feeling that love, and sending it out into the world. I’ve been working on my own version of this (check it out! : http://www.kristenemily.com/blog/2015/8/7/gratitude-diaries-the-best-way-to-start-your-day), but I would love to see what your awesome brain comes up with!

    XO,
    Kristen

  138. Michelle says:

Love that you’re doing this. My top 3 things are, sleeplessness, anxiety and melting away stress. Good luck Kris.

  139. Kristin says:

A meditation to overcome physical pain of the body would be amazing!

  140. Ashley C says:

Love that you’re doing this! Sleeplessness!

  141. ellen whyte says:

would love to meditate to decrease anxiety and worry and get a deep nights sleep.

  142. Kelly says:

Would love one on letting go and surrendering to the flow + one on getting in touch with your inner guides + one on manifesting! So excited Kris!!

  143. Christine Elmgren says:

I purchased a Crazy Sexy Juice about two years ago as a pdf through your website. Is this different? I’m so glad you’re selling it through Amazon this time.

    • Kris Carr says:

Great question, Christine! It’s a totally different book with all new recipes (over 100) that I created. I think you’ll love it!

  144. Jen C says:

    Hi Kris!

I would love a meditation for confidence in relation to social anxiety and self doubt. And one for restlessness. Thanks love!

  145. Diana says:

Anything that goes deep, moves me into a peaceful, centered place.

  146. Carrie says:

I would love to hear positive messages, for self awareness and self love. Excercises for staying in the present and loving life:)

    Thanks so much!!!
    Carrie

    • Anna-Karin says:

      YES! Spot on! 🙂
Focusing on that all is well and that my efforts will pay-off even if I don’t see the result immediately in front of me. That helps me with reducing all kinds of stress. 🙂
      Love//Anna-Karin

  147. Cindy says:

Love this idea 10 mins I can do. Right now I meditate every now and then, hoping to do more.

  148. Janelle says:

Would love more support on letting other people’s stuff go. Not empathize and shedding the day

  149. Sharon Martin says:

Let go and let God guide.

  150. Marie says:

Depression… A reminder of our purpose on earth would be nice to hear on a regular basis!

  151. Sarra says:

Hey Kris, love the idea thanks! A morning meditation would be lovely as others have mentioned 🙂

I would so so love a meditation for when we are feeling “under the weather” or poorly 🙁 It doesn’t happen very often but I do struggle as a self employed person to know when to stop and take time off to heal. A healing meditation with maybe visualisation around reducing inflammation, soothing, healing etc. would be so lovely to listen to on those days when you feel rough and could use a helping hand thanks Hun

  152. Mary says:

This is such a wonderful idea! I listen to guided meditations regularly, and the ones I love and need more of the most are stress relief/panic relief and sleep. The sleep one are especially nice if there’s quiet music or sounds in the background that continue after your voice has stopped for a time and then slowly fade out. That makes the transition easier if I’m not quite asleep yet. Another good one is positive thoughts/peace of mind. Thanks, Kris!

  153. Carina says:

Anxiety and Stress would be great!
I also love (and often meditate on) a line you shared once and would love it to be the focus of a meditation, for those of us struggling with our health and trying to strengthen it. You said ‘I am a divinely healthy and fit human being’. I would love a meditation centred around that concept!

  154. Jillian says:

I love the suggestion of the morning meditation for a positive and creative start to the day! I’d also love something for building/supporting confidence and self love.
I preordered Crazy Sexy Juice a few weeks ago on Amazon, the receipt just the order confirmation?
    Thanks!

  155. Leah says:

Reducing Anxiety!!!! Relaxation techniques / positive thoughts when you just cannot get it all done

  156. Ashlee says:

You are awesome. Excited for this album. Meditations for focus, energy, body acceptance, confidence, and self love would all be great.

I also think it would be great to include some walking meditations, when you don’t have additional time to sit. I have a kundalini meditation I do each day, but then often listen to other meditations when I’m commuting to work in New York City. Not sure if this fits, but my fingers are crossed.

    Love and light!

  157. Maya says:

    Kris,

One guided meditation that I’ve not stumbled across is one that can ease the transition from work to home. So often we have to literally jump from one to the other and they both require different skill sets and mind sets, particularly if your home involves being a present, open, nurturing and calm parent. Sometimes events at work can’t help but filter into that home time. A short meditation that sets the stage for the rest of the evening would be lovely. Thank you!

  158. Amanda says:

OMG, Kris. This is PERFECT. Your voice is so soothing and sensuous, if there’s only one person who I’d want guided meditations from, it’s you!!!

I’d love a meditation that reminds me to connect more to my heart than my mind. So easy to get carried away by my thoughts I need to constantly bring myself back into my heart or I go crazy!

Some more ideas that I know would benefit me and many others:

Let go to life’s flow / trust / surrender.

Body awareness. (I’m so stuck in my head it’s unbelievable!!!)

Something that Tammy mention which sounds so amazing: a morning meditation to set the day’s mood. Such a great idea!

    LOVE your Kris! <3

  159. Gina says:

How about one to help when someone is frustrated or angry? That’s how I’m feeling right now and I just can’t quite seem to shake it off as easily as I’d like to.

  160. Holly says:

Thank you, Kris! Meditations on self-compassion and addressing procrastination would be most helpful to me.

  161. Barbara Hall says:

    Alignment with spirit. Self assuredness.

  162. mackenzie says:

    Kris,
I think this especially holds true for busy people- Sometimes when time feels scarce, and we are on a path of pleasing others- somehow no one feels pleased.
I would love a meditation on releasing guilt and the expectations that other people hold for us. As well as dropping the expectations we hold for other people.

    xoxo
    kenzie

  163. Liz Rotundo says:

    Hi Kris,

I would love to hear a meditation about dealing with grief. I lost my mom, my best friend, one week ago today. Something to help still my mind would be wonderful.

    Liz

  164. Arla says:

I need a meditation for mornings when I have a huge stressful conference to host or something. One that would reduce anxiety, build confidence and melt stress away.

I also would love an evening one to help me sleep and to envision my body restfully rebuilding strength and wellness.

I’m very excited about your project! Best of luck!!

  165. Cecilia says:

Thank you for making a meditation album! Would be wonderful to have at least one meditation for physical self-connection with my body which is taxed every day living with autoimmune disease. Something to activate my body’s innate self-healing capacity. Other than that, the usual for winding down to sleep, another for bringing in the day, another for connection to our sexual energy, another as a check in for self-care. Thank you!!!

  166. Jean says:

Hi Kris, I really enjoy your postings and information. I feel left out of the meditation idea if you label it for “busy people”. Myself and many others are retired, so maybe not quite as busy, (or maybe unemployed for several reasons including health issues) but we still may be searching for the peace and calmness-it’s difficult to transition from working to not. I do feel blessed to be retired, but I also struggle with finding my purpose and feeling useful. I have enjoyed many of the Deepak/Oprah meditations, especially Finding Your Flow. I really like the nature sounds that are often played in the background, it helps me picture a calm and peaceful place.

  167. Laura says:

I would love meditations on facing fear and anxiety or calming the mind. I love the idea of them being 10 minutes, that’s a perfect amount of time for me!

I also agree with Tammy – morning meditations to set up our day for success, when I meditate in the morning, my day flows better.

    Looking forward to this <3

  168. Amanda says:

Meditations for people who don’t have a quiet space to meditate – perhaps ones that focus on the sounds and feelings around you rather than blocking them out…. because small apartment living is not exactly zen 🙂

  169. Kara says:

I think meditations for self love would be helpful.

  170. Clarisa Mompremier says:

I wanted to add a “Healing meditation”… you do such a good job explaining and expressing the healing process. I always appreciate how you mention everyone has their own “cancer” they need to heal from..one of the many reasons you rock!

  171. Debbie R says:

Meditation for pain would be fantastic! You really can’t find much on that! Meditation for pain helps to bring the focus away from the pain and helps to relax the body, easing the harmful effects of pain on the body (increased blood pressure, stress, etc). How many times do people have plans of something they want /need to do, but can’t because of some type of pain – migraine, headache, back ache, pulled muscle, injury, etc. I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 16 years and am a Cancer survivor so, unfortunately, I have become somewhat of an expert on the subject. I do find that most people are stopped in their tracks when pain hits, so anything in our Crazy Sexy Arsenal to help us keep moving forward would be awesome!

  172. Naïka says:

    Hi Kris!
I’d greatly appreciate meditations for more positivity, focus, gratitude & productivity

    Thanks!

  173. Leonie says:

Hi Kris, would love to obtain a meditation especelly for two sepperate items, self healing/health and de-stressing, Look forward to the album!

  174. Clarisa Mompremier says:

Morning meditation to start off your day.
    Loving yourself meditation
    Listening to you own intuition
    Nighttime meditation

Your voice is going to be awesome for guided meditations…soothing..
    Thanks Kris

  175. Marita says:

    Hi Kris,

I really really admire your and Brian’s marriage. I know that I am lovable and I have met men that do want to date me, but I struggle with having faith that I can handle being in a romantic marriage while dealing with a physical and mental illness. I would really love to have a meditation around that. Something like romance brings be joy rather than focusing on the stress that a relationship can bring?

    Thank you!

    *Much Love*

  176. Jo says:

A relax and de-stress mediation, a before bed mediation or unwind at end of day meditation, one to help start my day off with my morning breakfast

  177. Alicia Langer says:

I am so excited about this… I would love to see one on overcoming shame and also on motivation.

  178. Mary Borcherding-Dittloff says:

I am under going Chemo for Stage 3 Breast Cancer. I was looking forwrd to finding easy understandable meditations to relax to! Especially during chemo, radiation, & hormone therapy! Thank you for all you do! God bless & best wishes. Mary Beth 🙂

  179. Lindsey says:

    Hi Kris!

Everyone seems to be on the same page. Energy / Awakening for morning, Soothing / Relaxation for Evening. I have just one to add: The My-day-just-got-crazy-and-I’ve-hit-my-stress-wall mini-meditation – not about sleep, just about returning to breathing, unclenching the muscles, and rebalancing a racing mind – a return to calm and focus.

  180. joanne says:

Oprah and Deepak Chopra have done a few meditation series one of which was really effective, I found. Manifesting grace through gratitude.
Meditations on gratitude, opening our hearts to light and love – focussing on the greater love and its healing power would be wonderful. There is so much negativity fed through to each of us on a daily basis and it often takes over and creates such anxiety to the extent that you feel like you’re in a prison – even when you know you have the power to break free, you don’t always make the time or have those kind of tools or inspiration like a guided meditation to hand. If you could create a guided meditation that turns can enable the negative to wash away and with that the anxiety then that would free the listener up to welcome in the positive healing love that we all need to give the best of ourselves to our life and those around us. I feel so sure that you could create such a loving hopeful guided meditation. Thank you!

  181. Sue says:

Thanks so much for doing this–it’s such a great idea! So many wonderful suggestions–for me anything related to releasing stress and relaxing at the end of the day would be awesome.

  182. Elizabeth says:

This is great news Kris! I’d love meditations about self-love and acceptance.

  183. Liz says:

Love this idea, Kris. I use guided meditations and I LOVE them. The thought of them in YOUR voice – so yummy!

Would love one on loving my body AS IT IS, not as I WISH it was. Accepting, loving, strengthening, healing my body. You have such a lovely way with words – a way to take scary, intense subjects and lighten them, brighten them. I would love what ever you choose to have your signature style: serious AND light-hearted. I love that about you.

I agree with many of the comments already posted: letting go of anxiety, breathing in love, I am part of nature, I am love, that sort of thing.

Lastly, I often feel alone in my cancer journey. It means so much to me to read the posts of others going through this too. WE ARE NOT ALONE. That makes my heart happy.

Love to you and all the folks here.

    • Liz says:

Oh, and one more thing. Yes, 10 minute ones for busy times but if possible, a 20 or even, dare I say it, 30 minute one for a deeper experience, say at bed time, would be sheer luxury. Just sayin’ . . .

  184. Antonella says:

So happy this is happening. I’m one of those people who have made a comment about how you should start your own meditations and the reson for this is because you have a sweet soft voice and knowing that it’s coming from you is going to be really amazing. Here are my choices for meditations: chronic fatigue, chronic pain, letting go of fear, loosing someone including pets ❤️

  185. Carrah Q says:

I need meditations for not caring about what other people think. It’s a little difficult with the inlaw family. Me being vegan is only the beginning!!! I need confidence and the ability to love unconditionally in the space of not being accepted.

  186. Jenny O'Brien says:

    Hi Kris,

I need meditations to remind me why I want to live a healthier, more active life. A sort of motivating reminder, I guess.

    Thanks.

    – Jenny

  187. Rebecca says:

It’s so wonderful that you are embarking on this project! Thank you!

I’d love to see meditation for better sleep, one for anxiety (it cripples me at times) and one for depression. I like others’ suggestion of one for an energy boost, too!

  188. Chantal says:

Reducing anxiety and free yourself from fear. That’s what I want. 🙂

  189. Caroline says:

I would love a meditation to help with chronic pain, creativity and peace of mind, thank you!!!

  190. Skirmante says:

    Kris,

that’s a great idea, I think there is a lot of meditations on youtube for sleep and calm music. I would love to hear meditation that enhances your morning with great positive energy and mood. sets your day or that even you could go to that meditation throughout the day just for positive thoughts or to release some stress by saying happy affirmations.

also for confidence, and self love meditations would be great as well.

    Thank you!

  191. Cristina Festa says:

I love this idea of you doing a meditation album. I have a few of them but I find them pretty boring. 10 minutes or under is great since it’s pretty hard to find the time. I usually do this a work, I will go lock myself into an empty office in the dark meditate using an app on my iphone.

  192. Kendall says:

Love that you are doing meditations.

Meditations around self confidence, anxiety, fear, and being more in touch with your inner guide would be awesome.

    Regards,

    Kendall

  193. Eileen says:

    Hiya Kris
I would love a meditation about making healthy choices an starting our days off right and positive! Thanks Eileen

  194. Karen says:

I would love a meditation to end the day just before sleep. One that prepare you for a good nights sleep.

Meditations for healing such as having a cold or low energy day.

A meditation for “letting go” reducing stress, especially when confronted with a challenge that is out of our control. Something that helps us make piece with the journey in front of us.

So excited that you are taking this project on. I know it will be wonderful when it is finished. Thank you for creating tools that empower us in our life.

  195. Anouk says:

    Hey!
Since you work to inspire us and to help us to become better people, I would like meditation for inspiration to become more creative and open, as well as to have the courage to take a leap forward toward a new amazing life.
    Thanks!
    xx

  196. Elizabeth says:

Please help me increase confidence, decrease cravings and stress.

    Thank you in advance!

  197. Luciana says:

Kris!!!! I’m so excited for the meditation album you’re preparing! I’d love to hear a meditation on:
    – how to deal with family conflicts
    – how to be closer to your loved ones
    – creating moments of harmony with parents
    – meditation to do with children
    – meditation to improve your health
    – meditation to improve relationships at work
    – meditation to reduce stress in times of sickness (own or for loved ones)
    – meditation on cravings (sweets and other addictive behaviours)
    – meditation for living life with cancer
    – meditatio to focus on priorities and follow through

Kris, I wish you all the best in the creation of the album! I love your sweet voice, so I believe it’s gonna be amazing.

    Cheers, Luciana

  198. Jo-Anne Fuller says:

Absolutely enjoy one for creating a peaceful mind and calming my thoughts just before turning down the sheets…

  199. Brittany says:

I would LOVE to have a meditation on reducing stress and anxiety and protecting your energy. So excited to hear this is in the works 🙂

  200. Jennifer says:

I would love a morning meditation that helps me relax/reduce stress, accept the challenges of the upcoming day and to set a positive intention.

  201. Laura says:

    Sleep, anxiety, inner peace

  202. Raquel says:

I could use some meditations for increased confidence! Stress relief is always needed, and I could use a good morning one filled with positive thinking affirmations! Thank you beautiful! Can’t wait to hear it!

  203. Sarah says:

    Wonderful idea Kris!
I’d love a guided meditation for self-love or for making conscious food choices.
    Thanks.

  204. Debra says:

Need support on reducing anxiety and stress. A comforting bedtime meditation would also be so welcome. Best wishes on your new endeavor, Kris!

  205. Mary says:

Hi Kris! great project! Could you do a meditation on accepting and loving your whole kicked-around self? As a current cancer navigator, that could be a great focus of intention! xo

  206. Sharon Denomme says:

Henry Ward Beecher said “The first hour is the rudder of the day.” So how about a ten-minute meditation to invoke calmness, serenity, determination, and confidence in that first hour as we face the day ahead.

  207. Jen says:

I would love meditations on healthy eating, reducing anxiety, and a healthy mental/spiritual response to the craziness in the world, ie. Politics, war, inequality, etc. Thank you’

Would love a meditation that centers around self-worth. Thank you!

  209. Copper says:

  210. Hattie says:

    Kris,

Thank you so much for requesting suggestions.

I am in need of three things desperately:

    1) Pain Management
    2) deep restorative sleep
    3) ENERGY!!!!

  211. MSmith says:

    Reducing stress and anxiety.

  212. Char says:

I am really looking forward to this album. I have just adopted a meditation practice to support my cancer treatments. I would love a meditation to let go of the fear of recurrences.

  213. Diana says:

Meditations for cultivating health, getting in tune with your body, appreciating your body for all it does (even when it’s less than well), and generally syncing body, mind and spirit together. So excited Kris!!

  214. Leanne says:

I’m so excited to hear this — and to hear that all of the meditations will be ten minutes or less! I want to make meditation a part of my daily practice, but many websites have longer meditations that are hard for me to fit in. Some topics I’d love to see are:

    –a meditation for restful sleep
–a meditation to start the day peacefully and joyfully
    –a meditation for anxiety/stress
    –a meditation for gratitude

Thank you for doing this for us, Chris! Any idea when it’ll be out? I’m so excited!

  215. Trace Meek says:

This is a great idea—thank you! For some reason I’ve been suffering with sleeplessness lately. I fall asleep fine, but then I wake up at 4:00 or 4:30, my mind starts racing, and then I feel tired for the rest of the day.

  216. Tracy says:

    Anxiety.
    All the listed please..
I have allowed my anxiety to place me on auto pilot with everyday life and its keeps me focused on just the anxiety. I’m not living in the now, I am living in the ‘what ifs’.
    Life changing actions meditation.

  217. Suzan says:

    Hi Kris,

I love the idea of you doing a meditation. Your voice and the way you articulate yourself is heavenly to me!

I’d appreciate a meditation for the morning, starting the day on a positive, productive note and also one on confidence, a sort of deep reflection on what confidence means and how beautiful it is to feel confident.

    Love from Hamburg, Germany,
    Suzan

  218. Kelly says:

I’d love meditations on restful sleep, optimum wellness, inner peace and energy <3

  219. Laura Constable says:

I’m excited about your meditations. Especially to twart food cravings and to just feel good about who I am.

  220. I would love a guided self healing meditation. I know you are healing from cancer. I’m dealing with progressive Multiple Scerosis. I love to sit quietly and visualize healing. I use to be a fitness buff but those days are gone unfortunately.

  221. Alessand says:

Dear Kris, good afternoon (Italian time). Thank you for taking time to work on the meditation album. Along the years I have learnt to slow down, still taking time to nourish my suol through meditation is not easy. The meditations I might need are in the area of “self confidence” while taking a leap out of my comfort zone. I would like to review my career path, but feel stucked to my previous experience. Furthermore, being 46 I think I feel it is over now … Thank you !!! Take care!

  222. sue says:

A meditation that reminds us to breathe in self love and to simply appreciate and love ourselves for all that we are and breathe out compassion and empathy for others.

  223. I would love to see a self-healing meditation. I know you are healing from cancer. I’ve got Multiple Sclerosis. I use to be a fitness buff but no more. I love guided meditations that allow me to visualize healing. Keep up the great work.

I would love meditations for energy, clarity to focus on goals, help overcome fearful thoughts

    anxiety, stress, health, cravings

  226. Emma says:

Something to melt stress and anxiety and promote a feeling of safety and security, also a morning meditation to set up you up with a positive mindset ready to start the day.
Thank you for doing this, and for everything else that you do. You are truly inspiring! 🙂

  227. Mary Brooks says:

    Hi lovely Kris,

I would love to have meditations specifically for those of us living in chronic pain. There are many people out there, like myself, who love the benefits of meditation but find it very hard to accomplish when you are not well. I am on a healing program for MS, but Neuropathy developed in my feet and legs, terrible shocks of pins and needles and stabbing pains that happen 24/7. When I am meditating, it is very hard to quiet the mind and stay still while my body is attacking me. Any suggestions?

    xoxoxo

  228. janet Helena says:

Journey Meditation – something I could listen to on my journey to work. There’s also something special about Water – something to remind us to cleanse the body and drink more – to be healthy.
A lunchtime meditation would be great too – 5-10 mins 🙂

  229. Renee says:

Meditaions for increased confidence and for fear.

  230. Christy says:

Forgiveness and letting go of fear would be my top choices.

  231. Asa says:

I’d love a meditation for radical acceptance. Just something small that makes it easier for me to accept what is. Accept the hardship that comes with being human and that life sometimes isn’t exactly like I want it to be.

Also: a meditation for self-love and love for the entire universe. Loving-kindness/metta sort of thing!

  232. Donna says:

    Kris
I would love a meditation I could use to stop self doubt and lack of confidence it it’s tracks!

  233. Ashley says:

Would love to have an anxiety buster, something that helps refocus when you drown in the ‘what ifs’

  234. Nancy says:

These are all wonderful ideas. I would also like to see a meditation on compassion to decrease suffering of all creatures both human and non human.

    • Lily says:

      Yes, I concur with K and Nancy;
Kris, coming from you with your animal-loving heart, a meditation to positively focus our thoughts and open our hearts for the benefit of our fellow nonhuman earthlings would be beautiful and powerful…

  235. K says:

    Mediations on failure
Meditations for animal shelter workers and those who have a hard time accepting you can’t save them all
Meditations for swelling anger (like towards people who chain dogs)
Meditations on wealth not being the only thing that really matters
    Mediations on releasing shame
    Meditations on self acceptance

  236. Mandy Blake says:

Kris, love, love, love your work and commitment to healing and health. Ok, here’s my recommendation for the meditation album: stress, anxiety, specifically around feeling lack of control in one’s life. Something visual, soothing is always helpful. Thank you.

  237. Marcia says:

interested in meditations for relaxation, sleeplessness, energy and confidence!!

  238. Ursula says:

A morning meditation please! For a positive start to the day. And thanks for recommending headspace.com, it’s really great!

  239. Ann says:

    Hi Kris,
I’d appreciate a meditation that I can do during the day to re-align with spirit after dealing with intensely negative people or situations that crop up in the working world.
    Thanks,
    Ann

  240. Tara says:

Meditations for breaking through fear, having self confidence, and being open to new opportunities would be awesome.

  241. Kathy B says:

I would love meditations for energy and reducing anxiety.

  242. Cora says:

I am getting ready to make a major change in my life. I am packing my bags and moving from VA to FL!!!! I think I may be having a mid-life crisis! I would like to have a meditation for a positive path to a fulfilling future!!! Love you Kris!!

  243. Yaya says:

Please add tenets of focusing to your meditations.
I am in the midst of writing my dissertation and am having issues staying on task.
    Thx-Y

  244. Great idea and so needed. Meditation should be as important as brushing our teeth! Think meditations around ‘letting go of the need to be in control’ could be key for a lot of us.

  245. Mieke says:

    Dear Kris,
That is wonderful! I would love a meditation album.
In addition to the other great suggestions, I would really like a meditation that helps keeping and increasing faith in my body, even during health challenges. I know a positive attitude helps healing and feeling better, but it is sometimes really hard when I’m feeling sick!
    Xxx Mieke

  246. Mandy says:

I would love one for my commute to and from work. For energy, focus, strength and perspective and for reducing anxiety and stress at the end of the day. Thanks Kris!

  247. Clem says:

Love this idea! I really want to get more into meditation but haven’t really found a meditation practice or ritual that suits me.

I’d love a meditation track to help me feel empowered and strong on my own – I’m single and loving life, but still find myself wishing that I had “someone”… What I’d need is a track I can listen to to remind me that ME is enough!

A destressing, soothing pre-bed time meditation track would be great as well.

Thanks so much for this Kris, I’m looking forward to seeing what you create next.

  248. Karen S. says:

    Hi Chris,
How about on healing, whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally? Your website helps with these a bit . but a meditation form would be great!
    Thank you.
    Karen S.

  249. Sylwia says:

Hey Kris. I’m so happy to hear the good news 🙂
I’d love some meditation for strength, motivation and creativity. Something to keep me on the right track every day. Thank you!

  250. Michelle Martin says:

My parents took the whole family to learn transcendental meditation when I was 11. I have been doing meditation on and off ..mostly off 🙁 I would love to see guided meditation to reduce stress, build confidence, let my light shine and well, of course, food issues. Look forward to reading your new book:)

  251. Jessica says:

I would love a short meditation (5-10 minutes) that can help me re-center myself during tense/high stress/anxiety producing moments during the work day.. You know those moments when you just want to walk out the door and never look back? 🙂 But then you realize the rent is due next week!! 🙂

Thanks for continuing to put such beautiful content into this world Kris! Xoxo

  252. jay says:

    Self-realization is my priority.
I need a meditation to stay on that priority!

  253. kim says:

    Hi Kris

A meditation on acceptance and surrender would be helpful.
    thank you!

    Kim

  254. Bridget says:

I love the idea of meditations for tuning into your intuition and trusting your inner guidance. Thanks for doing this Kris! Looking forward to it

    • Siobhan says:

Yes exactly, we need to be reminded of our pure potential.

      • Lori says:

Agreed – a meditation to help during major transitions or decisions. I really appreciate when you share your thoughts on how to listen to your intuition during major change including being ok when those around you struggle with your new direction.

  255. Siobhan says:

Thank you for thinking of us, I think the best type of meditation is one of higher wisdom source, like that which you get from Abraham Hicks, I like Esther’s authoritive voice which also contains a divine wisdom and a mothers love that is very nurturing, I use this everyday if I can.
It needs to resonate with truthful positive blissful vibes.
I am so happy that people like you are venturing into this to help the people who have been asking for more ways to meditate, new ideas like making an app so it’s right there at ones fingertips and containing a good winding down resonance, with a message of fun like; (you know what? Everything is gonna be alright.) I’d also like it to contain a sense of love because I’m a very sensitive person who loves to spend time in the feeling of love.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to express our preferences. Namaste.

  256. Steph says:

I’d love those for sleeplessness and anxiety/worry. Thanks much!

  257. Kris Keller says:

I have low dopamine levels, and adrenal fatigue, so, whatever helps those! Yes, this does results in early morning insomnia. 🙂 Problems with safety (feeling safe) and inclusion/belonging.

    Thank you!

    Just bought CSLN App!

    Kris

  258. Susan says:

    Hi Kris
I too would like a morning meditation to start my day, and also an evening one to help me sleep.

    xx

  259. Jay says:

Topics I’d love your meditations on:
    –gratitude
    –forgiveness
    –quieting the mind for sleep
    –energy for morning
    –focus for morning
–focus for any time of day

Thank you 😀 Love your work, thank you for it!

  260. Zita says:

    Dear Kris,

I just love you, I am more than grateful for any kind of meditation that comes from you and your magnificent team 🙂 But if I had to pick one topic, it would be meditation against depression and anxiety.

    Love,
    Zita

  261. Laura says:

More energy, more confidence, less fear.
    Thank you, Kris!

  262. Kathy says:

What a great project! I would love a meditation to get me back on track. Many times I set out with an agenda and then for whatever reason I get off track. Things that send me off track are road blocks, procrastination (which I find for me is usually because of fear), and distractions. A meditation to re-center and help me stay on track when that happens would be awesome.

  263. Ginger Maher says:

SOOO excited that you are doing this! To be free from fear, anxiety and cravings would make the meditation perfect for me!
Thank you so much for all you do to improve the lives of so very many people,
    Ginger

  264. This is fantastic news, Kris! I’ve had visions of recording guided meditations. So glad you’re doing it. You have a fabulous voice for it!! <3

One of my favorite meditations is one that reminds me that ALL the love I've ever received from any/everyone is available for me to receive and absorb in any moment I choose. Very very powerful.

    More great reminders:
For those moments when I worry that I'm not doing/accomplishing enough.
That it's not a race, so not possible for others to get "there" quicker than me.
    To let go of comparisons.
That saying no early and often is a good thing.
That saying YES is the only answer.

A favorite saying of mine: If it's not an absolute YES, it's a definite NO.

    xoxo,
    Allison

  265. Eileen says:

All the titles youve written in the bolg for your new meditation album sound great I would love to see added to the list, ” vibrant health”

  266. Jeannie Danford says:

    Kris,

This is a fantastic idea. I am so excited. I think fear and anxiety top the list for me.

Thanks for all you do and always being a ray of sunshine.

    Jeannie

  267. Lexi says:

Meditation to find calm, inner peace, and to live in the present moment.

  268. Ashley Chew says:

I agree that morning & night ones would be great. Definitely anxiety & maybe something about letting go of worry. I worry about everything.

    • Jeannie Danford says:

Yes, letting go of worry. I forgot that on my comment and am surprised as I am a worrier too!!! Just letting go period!!!!!!!!! 🙂

      Jeannie

  269. Mike says:

A meditation including faith that we will have the self control needed to happily eat only what is good for our bodies and minds (ie, veggies, juice, organic, fresh, etc.) and to avoid anything that we know would be causing our bodies and minds harm (ie, bad fats, boxed & processed foods, preservatives, meats, sugar, etc.).

Additionally, a meditation that we will have lots of smiles and joy each day, in spite of any stressors that come our way, which we will deal with responsibly, and also maintaining a healthy attitude.

    Thanks so much.

    • Kathy says:

I ditto this. I am inspired to take care of myself by eating the best foods when I am ‘coached’ and reminded of the benefits. I know Kris would encourage me to honor my body by treating it well.
Calming words in times of stress would be great.
All to some soft background music♥️

  270. Georgina says:

Fab idea! I love listening to a morning meditation on my phone during the snooze period that sets me up for a positive day. The same an evening one, to close off the day. Be great to have a grounding one for a melt down. Something for moments of fear. Relationship. I would love a breath one – getting back into breathing properly.

    Hope these help xx

  271. Rhia says:

Free yourself from fear would be top of my list, with creating an inner calm/peace and a morning confidence boost to start the day.
Look forward to hearing the album

  272. Monica says:

Would love meditations for stress reduction and anxiety!! I have a big corporate job and deal with a lot of anxiety and stress

    • Gabrielle KC says:

I agree! One for stress reduction when finances are bad, and trying to stay positive during hard times! One so that we don’t worry about getting sick when we are so stressed and anxious too!

  273. Petra says:

I am so glad to hear you are making a meditation album!
I would like meditations to increase energy, to release anxiety and achieve peace of mind.

  274. Gloria Baerg says:

    Sleeplessness please!!

  275. Zoe says:

I’m sure you’ll get more than enough suggestions to fill an album of 10 minute meditations. But one bonus I think would make a massive difference would be a short one (perhaps 2/3 mins) that at 3pm when sh*t is hitting the fan, you haven’t had time to exercise, there is a mountain of work to do and you’re forced to just sit and try get through it. This meditation is short enough you could walk around the block or you can find a private space to reconnect and reapproach the remaining hours of the day.

    • sue says:

I think this is an amazing idea. I would use it at about 230 every afternoon when I am well aware the kids are about to come in the door from school, I am stressed that I haven’t gotten as much done in the day as I wanted, my energy has dipped, and I am facing a flurry of activity with 4 teenagers from 3-11. A short mid afternoon meditation would be great to help me recharge for the rest of the day and brace the craziness!

      • Tiersa says:

Yep. A ‘re-focus’ type meditation. Just a few minutes long but gently kicks your bum back in the right direction.

    • Donna says:

      Love this idea as well!

      Donn

    • Liz says:

Love this idea too, any kind of ’emergency’ meditation for moments when you are having a meltdown or just a having a moment when you really need something quick and easy to turn to help you to calm down connect back in with yourself would be great

      • Heidi Tomlinson says:

I love this Idea as well! I am often feeling this way later in the day. As a mum, wife, daughter, full-time worker I would also love a Meditation that brings me back to the basics of how blessed I am, the other things aren’t important (eg. the washing, folding, windows, cooking……… those things can wait. Life won’t be over if dinner is a little late on the table tonight or the folding isn’t done).

  276. Jean says:

Anxiety when trying to get everything done in a day! Sometimes my food choices are not so healthy when I feel crunched for time.

  277. melissa says:

Thank you for devoting yourself to this creation. Would love meditations on reducing anxiety and trusting our soul voice.

  278. Barbara Machin says:

Love the idea . Meditation for peace of mind and melt away fears will be great

  279. Tammy says:

    Hi Kris

I would love a morning meditation that sets me on the right path for the day – one I can do as soon as I wake up to make sure my thoughts stay positive and creative!

A before-bed meditation that enhances a good night’s sleep would be awesome too!

    Tammy

  280. Patti says:

Would love meditations for more energy and for reducing anxiety. Thank you!

    • Rebekah says:

      Aloha Kris!

I was wondering when your meditation cd was going to emerge… fantastic news. One of the reasons I meditate daily is in order to be present and fully available in my life. It allows me to connect with others in meaningful and useful ways! When I’m not in that space and “don’t have the time” to meditate, I certainly feel unbalanced and unable to be truly me.

      With thanks and blessings!
