Yes. Healthy habits only last if you enjoy them, so I (Kris) personally taste every recipe to make sure that it's crazy delicious!

There are 19 in total: 5 breakfasts, 8 lunch/dinner options, 3 snacks, and 3 bonus juice recipes. You’ll get a meal plan, shopping list and the recipes, all delivered via PDF for easy digital access.

Other than a good blender, you will not need anything special! The recipes are designed to be simple and delicious, so they don’t require a chef’s kitchen or fancy tools.

There are some bonus drink recipes that require a juicer, but they're optional add-ons that aren’t essential for the meal plan.

The materials are all in digital format, and will be sent to you via email. You’ll receive a PDF that contains everything you need to start a new chapter in your wellness story.
