Turmeric Mango Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen mango, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 3/4 cup filtered room temperature water
  • 5 ounces coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional garnishes: goji berries, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, raw hemp seeds

1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients until well-blended and smooth. Top with garnishes, if you wish.
