- 2 cups frozen mango, cubed
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped
- 3/4 cup filtered room temperature water
- 5 ounces coconut yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional garnishes: goji berries, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, raw hemp seeds
1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients until well-blended and smooth. Top with garnishes, if you wish.
