- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least two hours
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and chopped
- 5-8 dashes hot sauce or cayenne, to taste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1. Lightly pulse all the ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor.
2. With the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until well blended.
