Raw Vanilla Buckwheat Porridge

Yield: 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup raw buckwheat (soaked overnight)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla powder

1. Soak your buckwheat over night. Wash and rinse well.

2. Put the buckwheat together with the rest of the ingredients in your blender. Mix well.

3. Serve with berries or any other fruit.

4. Enjoy!
