Raw Sherbet

Yield:

      • 2 frozen bananas
      • 1/4 cup frozen mango
      • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
      • 1/4 cup frozen papaya
      • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
      • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut (for garnish)

1. Add everything to food processor and let mix for 5 minutes or until it takes on a creamy texture, stopping every so often to scrape down the sides.

2. Put in ice cream bowl and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
