Raw Broccoli Wonder

Yield: 2-4 servings

-1 head of broccoli, chopped
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-2 tablespoons olive oil, cold pressed and unfiltered (use raw hemp oil to keep the dish 100%raw)
-1-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup basil, chopped
-1/4 teaspoon of celtic sea salt, or to taste

Combine the oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the chopped broccoli and basil, and stir to combine with the dressing. Let the dish sit for an hour before serving.
