Raw Broccoli Wonder

Yield: 2-4 servings

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, cold pressed and unfiltered (use raw hemp oil to keep the dish 100% raw)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup basil, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of celtic sea salt, or to taste

1. Combine the oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt in a bowl and mix well.

2. Add the chopped broccoli and basil and stir to combine with the dressing.

3. Let the dish sit for an hour before serving.
