Granny Smith Apple Pie

Who doesn’t love a good ole slice of apple pie? Well, this smoothie is the next best thing. It’s sweet, a little tart, and the cinnamon evokes Grandma’s favorite dessert perfectly.

Granny Smith Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled, and seeded
  • 1 1/2 cups kale, leaves only, tightly packed
  • 1 1/2 cups nondairy milk of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pitted Medjool date (optional)

 

Directions

1. Wash and prep all ingredients.

2. Blend and serve.
