Deconstructed Sushi Bowl

Yield 1 serving
  • 1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
  • Snap peas
  • Red pepper
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 cup chick peas
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • Wasabi paste

1. Place 1/2 cup of brown rice on plate.

2. Chop snap peas, grape tomatoes, red peppers, carrots and broccoli slaw.

3. Spoon on 1/2 cup chick peas.

4. Mix 2 tablespoons tamari with wasabi to taste to create dressing.

5. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
