Chocolate Avocado Pudding

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons raw cocoa
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave, etc.)
  • Pinch of sea salt

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend for 30 to 60 seconds until it reaches a smooth and creamy texture.

2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
