- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons raw cocoa
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave, etc.)
- Pinch of sea salt
