What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Most often this is because the billing address you’ve entered does not match the records on file with the credit card company. Addresses outside the US are most finicky. Make sure your info hasn’t changed lately and that you’re entering it properly. We are unable to process card info manually – if it doesn’t go through for you, it won’t for us either. If repeated attempts fail, you should try another card. We also accept PayPal.

Downloading
I downloaded Crazy Sexy Juices & Succulent Smoothies e-guide, but I forgot to save the file OR now I can’t find the e-guide.
At the time of purchase, you should have received two emails. One email is your order receipt and one email contains a link to download the e-guide.
Click the link in the email to download your e-guide. Be sure to save the file to your computer or mobile device before closing the download window.
How do I download the Crazy Sexy Juices & Succulent Smoothies e-guide onto my iPad?
Here’s the easiest way to retrieve and save the e-guide to your iPad:
- From your iPad, open the email that contains the download link you received after your purchase.
- Tap on the download link in the email. The e-guide will open in your Safari browser.
- Tap the upper right corner of the screen and a small window will appear with two buttons. Tap the button that says “Open in iBooks.” This will save the e-guide to your iBooks Library shelves.
- To access the e-guide in the future, go to your iPad desktop and click on the iBooks app.
If you’ve already downloaded the e-guide to a computer and you want it on your iPad:
- Email the e-guide file to yourself.
- Open the email on your iPad and find the attachment.
- Tap it once. It will take a few seconds to download.
- Tap and hold a second time. Three buttons will pop up. Choose the second one, “Open in iBooks.” This will save it to your iBooks Library shelves.
- To access the e-guide in the future, go to your iPad desktop and click on the iBooks app.
Either way, we definitely recommend saving the e-guide to and reading it with iBooks Library. We don’t recommend other third party apps for reading pdf files, such as Adobe Reader and GoodReader because apparently the links in the document don’t always work.
